About us
Why Did We Create ROIX?
Before creating ROIX, we spent over 20 years working in the investment management.
We discovered alternative financing as a distinct investment type and asset class (private debt) about 10 years ago. Since then, we have launched and managed the largest private debt fund in Lithuania, breaking numerous stereotypes about alternative finance along the way. We’ve funded innovative companies, prestigious real estate developments, and infrastructure projects.
At the same time, we closely followed the crowdfunding market. It was largely dominated by smaller projects that debt funds wouldn’t finance. Some companies avoided using platforms, which led us to ask: why? The instrument itself holds huge potential.
That’s when our vision was born to combine institutional experience and strict investment evaluation standards with the possibilities of crowdfunding.
By inviting strong businesses to borrow through platform, we aim to shift the market’s perception and build the leading platform in the CEE region.

Contributed to the development of one of the first peer-to-peer lending platforms in Lithuania. Led the marketing departments at PeerBerry and Debitum, helping crowdfunding platforms successfully expand into international markets.
