ROIX Invites Investors to Participate in the Expansion Deal of Globally Operating Reiz Tech

The crowdfunding platform ROIX is introducing a new project for investors seeking high-quality and unconventional investment opportunities. The platform, which successfully debuted in July by raising capital for the acquisition of shares in a Lithuanian laser technology leader, now invites investors to participate in financing the consolidation deal of globally operating IT companies Reiz Tech and CREDITONLINE.

Starting December 1 of this year, ROIX investors will be able to finance a portion of a loan intended for Reiz Tech’s planned expansion transaction – the acquisition of fintech product developer CREDITONLINE and its UK subsidiary. In total, ROIX together with Nter Asset Management will provide a €3 million loan for the transaction, contributing €1.5 million each.

The acquisition marks a strategic step for Reiz Tech into the financial technology product development segment and strengthens the company’s position in the global fintech market.

In the first stage, ROIX aims to raise €1 million, with a minimum investment of €500. The project offers an annual return of 8–10%, depending on the investment amount. The investment period is two years, with interest paid after 12 months and at the end of the 24-month term.

The project is co-financed, involving both ROIX investors and the institutional partner Nter Asset Management. This means the financing is structured from multiple sources and the risk is assessed more broadly, increasing the project’s credibility.

According to ROIX CEO Gintaras Poderis, this investment opportunity is particularly attractive, as an annual return above 8% already competes with bond yields.

“When launching the ROIX platform, we chose a path that is uncommon for crowdfunding platforms: instead of focusing on the number of projects, we focus on their quality. While searching for our niche in the crowdfunding market, we selected projects where investors are offered not only sound financial solutions but also exceptional companies with well-defined long-term strategies.

The deal between IT companies Reiz Tech and CREDITONLINE is not a typical crowdfunding project. Such transactions are usually accessible only to institutional investors and private equity market participants. In those deals, the minimum investment is usually very high, whereas we offer solutions that allow both individuals and companies to invest starting from €500.

The proposed investment project is one of the highest-quality opportunities on the market, as it is secured by pledged shares of companies with long-standing experience, while the companies themselves generate revenue from multiple geographic markets,” says Poderis.

A Strong Start for ROIX

According to Poderis, the launch of the ROIX platform this year has been highly successful.

“The very first project offered by ROIX — the opportunity to invest in the expansion of the high-tech sector and contribute to financing the acquisition of a controlling stake in one of Lithuania’s laser industry leaders, EKSMA Optics — achieved exceptional success.

Within just a few days we received 137 investments, with 94% of investors being individuals. Investment amounts ranged from €500 to €300,000, the latter invested by a large Lithuanian company. The average investment amounted to €7,300, while the most common investment size was €1,000.

Around €800,000 remained outside the platform, as some investors simply did not manage to open accounts in time before the loan was fully funded by earlier participants. Today we have more than 500 registered platform members, and we expect the new project to become another success for us,” says Poderis.

The Financed Transaction Will Expand Opportunities in International Fintech Markets

Reiz Tech is a Lithuania-based IT company that has been providing software development, system modernization, and technology consulting services for more than 20 years. The company employs 200 specialists and operates in Lithuania, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Switzerland, Iceland, as well as the United States and Canada.

Reiz Tech’s solutions are used by clients in banking, finance, tourism, and other industries, including Ignitis Group, the Bank of Lithuania, Universal Music Group, Arctic Adventures, and others.

The project is resilient to geopolitical challenges, as 90% of the company’s revenue comes from clients operating in global markets. In 2024, Reiz Tech reported €13.9 million in revenue and €885,000 in profit.

CREDITONLINE, the developer of a loan management platform, is one of the longest-operating Lithuanian capital IT companies developing fintech products, including crowdfunding platforms. For more than 15 years, the company has helped financial institutions across Europe, Latin America, and Asia manage the entire loan lifecycle – from loan issuance and risk assessment to KYC/AML processes, compliance management, customer service, and debt administration.

In 2025, CREDITONLINE received the prestigious “Top Loan Management Software in Europe 2025” award from the international banking technology and solutions magazine Banking CIO Outlook.

Following the completion of the transaction, CreditOnline will be integrated into Reiz Tech. The plan includes further investment into expanding the platform’s functionality, developing artificial intelligence and automation capabilities, and preparing for entry into new international markets.

According to Valdas Šimas, CEO of Reiz Tech, the deal supported by ROIX investors marks a strategic step for the company into fintech product development and strengthens its position in the global fintech market.

“We work with ROIX and Nter Asset Management as partners who understand the needs of growing technology companies. Their insights and ability to quickly structure the right financing solution are among the key factors behind the success of this transaction. It is a collaboration that creates value far beyond a single project,” says Šimas.

Searching for New Projects Important to the Market and Society

ROIX, which holds a Bank of Lithuania license to operate across the EU, plans to expand the range of financed projects by offering opportunities to invest in initiatives important to both the market and society. These may include projects in education, healthcare, innovation, infrastructure, and other sectors.

The platform also plans to offer investors opportunities to finance urban redevelopment projects, including the conversion of old buildings or territories, as well as projects important for national defense.

The new platform is expected to become an attractive alternative for fund investors, as well as for those who have not yet reached the stage of investing in funds.

The first crowdfunding platform in Lithuania created by institutional debt investors will raise up to €5 million per business project, ensuring the highest standards of quality, security, and risk management.

During the first year of ROIX’s operations, the platform plans to issue approximately €50 million in business loans, and shortly afterwards expand into other Baltic countries and the Central and Eastern European region, growing its portfolio to €500 million.

ROIX is an investment platform aiming to open opportunities for private investors not only in the traditional real estate market but also in high value-added businesses, infrastructure projects, and growth loans. The platform is developed by UAB ROIX, whose shareholders include Nter Asset Management partners Benas Poderis and Mantas Skipitis.
