Crowdfunding and co-investment platform will present two new investment opportunities to investors in October, both offering an annual interest rate of 10%. The projects span two different business sectors: an international food manufacturing group and a staffing services group operating across the Baltic States, with the acquisition of a controlling stake in the latter financed through a loan.
One project will offer investors the opportunity to finance a food industry business, while the other will involve financing the acquisition of shares in a staffing services company. Although both projects offer the same annual interest rate, they differ in terms of the purpose of financing, investment period and loan repayment structure.
Food Manufacturing Business Expands Production Capacity
The first project focuses on a food manufacturing group producing oat-based and other grain products for international markets. Its product portfolio includes rolled oats, flour, granola and other grain-based products supplied to retailers and food industry companies.
Over the past decade, the group’s production volumes have increased approximately tenfold. Its expansion has involved investments in production infrastructure, grain storage and processing capacity. The company operates across the entire product value chain, from raw material preparation to finished products.
ROIX will offer investors the opportunity to provide financing to a shareholder of the business. The proposed loan has a term of 14 months and carries an annual interest rate of 10%. The loan will be repaid using dividends generated by the companies under the shareholder’s management. The transaction will be secured by a pledge of shares.
Second Project Targets the Baltic Staffing Services Sector
The second investment opportunity involves a staffing services group operating across the Baltic States. The company provides temporary staffing, recruitment and HR administration services, while also developing digital solutions that help businesses manage their workforce requirements more flexibly.
The group’s clients operate across various sectors, including manufacturing and logistics, where workforce demand can fluctuate depending on orders and business activity levels. Its service offering covers employee recruitment and administration, specialist recruitment, and digital HR management solutions.
In this project, the funding will be used to finance the acquisition of a controlling stake in the company. ROIX investors will be offered a 24-month investment term with an annual interest rate of 10%. The transaction is being carried out in partnership with an institutional financing partner. The ROIX financing portion is expected to be repaid at the end of the term through refinancing.
Investors Gain Access to a Range of Business Transactions
