ROIX syndicated more than €13 million alongside professional investors in the first half of 2026.

Between January and June, four projects were successfully funded through the platform across ten investment rounds. More than €7.2 million was raised via the platform, while the total financing volume, including syndicated capital, exceeded €13.1 million. During this period, ROIX expanded its range of financed projects, attracted new institutional partners, and began building an international project pipeline.

The first half of 2026 highlighted growing investor interest beyond traditional real estate opportunities, with increasing demand for acquisitions, growth financing, and education sector investments. The syndicated financing segment also experienced strong growth, enabling retail and institutional investors to participate alongside each other in the same investment opportunities.

“During the first half of the year, we had to be selective in the projects we brought to the platform, as the volume of potential financing opportunities significantly outpaced the growth of our investor base. Naturally, balancing supply and demand takes time, but today we can confidently say that this gap has narrowed, with the number of investors discovering ROIX continuing to grow steadily. Most importantly, the demand for financing across a wide range of industries—the very reason ROIX was founded—is now clearly evident. We already have firm investment commitments from investors who are ready to allocate capital to projects that align with our investment philosophy,” says Gintaras Poderis, CEO of ROIX.

Investment Opportunities Previously Available Only to Institutional Investors

During the first six months of 2026, ROIX offered investors access to projects across a diverse range of sectors, from education to premium real estate.

One of the year’s most significant transactions was a residential real estate development in Žvėrynas, Vilnius. Through the ROIX platform, investors committed nearly €4.5 million, while the total financing volume, including syndicated capital, reached €7.5 million. It became one of the largest transactions in the platform’s history, bringing together retail and professional investors to finance a landmark real estate project.

During the first half of the year, the platform also financed two projects in the education sector. One supported the expansion of Robotikos Akademija, a leader in technology education, providing funding for working capital, short-term debt refinancing, and continued international expansion into the U.S. market. The second financed the transformation of PMC Training Group, supporting the company’s growth and expansion in the employment and workforce development services sector. Both projects attracted more than €500,000 in investments through ROIX.

Syndicated Financing Continues to Gain Momentum

One of the most notable developments during the first half of the year was the rapid growth of syndicated financing. Over the six-month period, the total volume of syndicated transactions exceeded €13 million, while both the syndicated and retail-funded portions of investments doubled compared to the previous reporting period.

During the first half of the year, three new family offices joined the ROIX ecosystem, two strategic partnerships were established, and a new asset class—real estate debt—was introduced to the platform. According to the ROIX team, these developments enable the financing of larger and more diversified projects while providing investors with broader access to alternative investment opportunities.

“It is difficult to define a typical ROIX investor. They differ in age, investment experience, risk tolerance, and many other factors that shape their investment decisions. However, investors who allocate a significant share of their portfolios through investment platforms share one common characteristic: real estate already represents a substantial portion of their portfolios, leading them to actively seek opportunities to diversify and explore new investment alternatives,” says Gintaras Poderis, CEO of ROIX.

Growing International Interest

Alongside increasing financing volumes, ROIX continues to expand its international project pipeline. The platform is seeing growing interest from small and medium-sized enterprises in Finland and Poland, while its pipeline of prospective projects continues to expand.

ROIX is currently developing a project pipeline valued at approximately €20 million, comprising technology companies across the Baltic States and real estate developments in Poland.

Second Half of the Year: Even Larger Opportunities

According to the ROIX team, the first-half results confirm growing market demand for institutional-grade investment opportunities that are also accessible to retail investors. During the second half of the year, the platform plans to further expand its partner network, increase the share of international projects, and introduce new financing opportunities for investors.
